Have a good death
It's going to happen so why not make it as good as it can be. Talking about death won’t kill you — but sometimes can be frightening or awkward. The 100% Certainty Project promotes books to read and talk about, which will help to get conversations started about what’s important to you when you face what is inevitable.
Read. Reflect. Talk about books.
Talk about death. Live your fullest life.
Events

gritLIT 2021 Readers and Writers Festival, April 15–18, 2021
An all-too-familiar certainty, grief is an emotion that’s difficult for most of us to put into words. In This Is Not the End of Me, Dakshana Bascaramurty documents the final years of a husband and father diagnosed with terminal cancer at age 33.
In How to Lose Everything, Christa Couture shares her own excruciating loss, including the amputation of her leg as a cure for bone cancer and the death of two children.
Join the authors as they discuss the challenges of talking/writing about grief and how the process of doing so helps with healing.
Panel hosted by C. Elizabeth Dougherty from the 100% Certainty Project
ALL gritLIT events take place online via Zoom. Voice-to-text transcription will be enabled for all events.
